Intake and Assessment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Therapist and Care Coordinator to join our team at ABHS. As an Intake and Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services and administrative support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Documentation: Completion of Biopsychosocial, Missed Appointment Notes, Phone Call notes, etc. within 48 hours of service.
- Client Scheduling: Make clinically justified recommendations for the client's treatment plan and facilitate the linkage of clients to recommended services.
Requirements:
- A master's degree in the Human Services field and Full or Associate Licensure in state of practice
- 2+ years' experience at a working in a Mental Health Treatment Facility
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
