In this position, you will conduct in-home health and wellness assessments for various health insurance plans. Your responsibilities will include reviewing patients' medical histories, performing H&P evaluations, and checking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate. You will also be responsible for administering medications, reviewing dosages, and documenting patient information using a proprietary EMR system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans
  • Review patients' medical histories and perform H&P evaluations
  • Check vital signs and administer medications as needed
  • Document patient information using a proprietary EMR system

Requirements:

  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
  • Clinical Assessment and Quality Assurance tool (CAQH) certification
  • Unrestricted NP license in the state where you will be working
