About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician Professional to join our team at ABHS. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Ideal candidates will possess a master's degree in the Human Services field, Full or Associate Licensure in the state of practice, and at least 2+ years' experience working in a Mental Health Treatment Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assessment and Diagnosis: Gather relevant clinical data to make an informed preliminary diagnosis, ensure each client completes a PHQ and Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale during Intake Assessment, and justify diagnoses using DSMV criteria.
  2. Treatment Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, facilitate referrals to higher levels of care when needed, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, complete required documentation within 48 hours of service, and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
