Overview:

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent patient experiences. You'll work closely with our licensed clinicians to provide direct patient care, maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, and support our mission to cultivate an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, following cleaning and sanitation protocols
  • Assist with patient intake and registration processes
  • Promote efficient patient scheduling and help convert referrals into evaluations
  • Collect patient reported outcome assessments and assist with data entry

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems a plus
