About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic Business Development Director to drive growth and expansion at Autism Society Tidewater Virginia. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue, expand services, and enhance community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and expansion in a non-profit setting
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically
