About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Sales Professional to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and qualifying new business opportunities, identifying sales targets, and developing strategic territory plans.

As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our RVP of Sales to maintain and strengthen customer relationships, provide ongoing support and value to customers, and complete sales, reporting, and contracting for new business.

You will also be responsible for participating in local, state, and national industry trade shows, conducting job responsibilities in accordance with our Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and qualify new business opportunities to achieve annual revenue goals
  • Identify sales targets and develop strategic territory plans
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
