Position: Project Manager/QA

Role Summary:

The Project Manager/QA will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction and operational support for IT vendor performance management. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that business IT needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective management of expectations.
  • Provide consultation on IT procurement and contracting processes, guiding teams on best practices and compliance with contractual obligations.

Vendor Management:

  • Oversee IT vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure operational needs are met and that systems function as intended.
  • Monitor vendor performance, conducting evaluations to ensure service levels are maintained.

Strategic Development:

  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement vendor management processes and capabilities.
  • Research and recommend tools for effective contract management and performance tracking.
  • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance vendor performance.
