**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure the successful execution of operations on-site. This role involves managing various aspects of design-build construction projects, with a focus on quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with different project teams to ensure adequate project resources and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Supervise construction workers and subcontractors to meet budget and schedule requirements, ensuring a high level of quality and safety.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to project safety and quality, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical commercial/industrial construction management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience with projects exceeding $50 million, preferably in design-build settings, with a focus on quality control and project delivery.
  • Physical ability to navigate job sites and lift heavy objects, with a strong emphasis on safety and well-being.
