Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client projects from inception to completion.
  • Execute project schedules, budgets, and documentation to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Implement corrective measures to maintain project timelines.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal teams and external clients.
  • Develop comprehensive project management plans, including sub-plans and schedules.
  • Provide expertise in system development methodologies, project management practices, and system architecture.
  • Collaborate with senior client leadership on project strategy and execution.
  • Work alongside the client Master Scheduler to create integrated project timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly executive status reports.
  • Mentor and evaluate the work of junior team members.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and meet high-quality standards.
Essential Qualifications:

  • At least ten (10) years of experience in project management for medium to large-scale IT projects.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of consulting experience within a PMO environment.
  • At least three (3) years of project management experience in a governmental context.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in a client-facing consulting role.
