- Oversee client projects from inception to completion.
- Execute project schedules, budgets, and documentation to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Implement corrective measures to maintain project timelines.
- Facilitate meetings with internal teams and external clients.
- Develop comprehensive project management plans, including sub-plans and schedules.
- Provide expertise in system development methodologies, project management practices, and system architecture.
- Collaborate with senior client leadership on project strategy and execution.
- Work alongside the client Master Scheduler to create integrated project timelines.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly executive status reports.
- Mentor and evaluate the work of junior team members.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and meet high-quality standards.
- At least ten (10) years of experience in project management for medium to large-scale IT projects.
- A minimum of three (3) years of consulting experience within a PMO environment.
- At least three (3) years of project management experience in a governmental context.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Five (5) years of experience in a client-facing consulting role.
