We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our restoration and fire projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and implementing oak, prairie, and wetland habitat restoration projects, as well as providing leadership in planning and implementing prescribed burns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement restoration project plans, including habitat restoration and prescribed burns
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including landowners, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Manage project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best management practices
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, ecology, or natural resources
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restoration project management, including prescribed burns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
