Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and be able to assist with obtaining rebates backup documents from customers. They will also be responsible for calculating rebates based on report submission, checking aging and requesting backup for any deductions pretending to rebates, and collecting any differences generated by rebates.
Responsibilities
- Obtain rebates backup documents from customers and calculate rebates based on their report submission.
- Check aging and request backup for any deductions pretending to rebates.
- Collect any differences generated by rebates.
- Assist with Annual and Quarterly rebates, in addition to special programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Solid technical proficiency and understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
