About the OpportunityWe're seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Marketplace Expansion Specialist to spearhead our growth strategy across major platforms like Amazon. As a Temp to Perm specialist, you'll drive explosive growth, expand our reach, and elevate our brand on the world stage.

- This role starts as a temporary position (3-6 months), giving you the chance to prove your expertise and earn a permanent spot in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a killer e-commerce marketplace expansion strategy, pinpointing high-potential markets and guiding the team through market entry.
- Own the launch and daily management of e-commerce operations in new markets, handling everything from platform selection to logistics and customer service.
- Be on the front lines, taking a hands-on approach to marketplace set-up, launches, and process documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, operations, and finance to optimize every aspect of marketplace performance.
- Cultivate relationships with e-commerce platform partners and agencies to unlock new opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and drive growth.
- Leverage data to enhance marketplace performance, particularly on Amazon, using your insights to boost revenue, expand market share, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring e-commerce trends, policy changes, and emerging technologies that will help keep us one step ahead.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce with a focus on marketplace management and expansion-you're a marketplace maestro.
- Expertise in international e-commerce markets and hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations.
- A proven track record of driving significant sales growth and market share on e-commerce platforms.
- Mastery of e-commerce analytics, metrics, and P&Ls.
- Strong project management skills-you're the one who gets things done.
- Leadership skills that inspire and energize teams to reach new heights.
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with digital marketing and advertising, especially in the e-commerce space.
