Energy Efficiency Support Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking two highly skilled individuals to join our Technical Services team. As a Technical Services Care Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support, maintaining their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities- Own the customer experience from initial issue reporting to resolution.
- Act as a liaison between management, customers, and internal teams.
- Provide dedication to improving customer service and business productivity.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding ticket statuses.
- Offer excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in phone-based support.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work rotational weekend/holiday shifts.
- Passion for energy savings and sustainability.
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
