Tuff Shed is in search of a driven sales professional who excels at forging strong connections with customers and commercial entities.

We provide a comprehensive training program along with a commission structure that guarantees a minimum income.


In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients, assisting them in addressing their storage needs through our premium sheds, garages, and customized structures.

  • A compensation package that includes hourly pay plus commission, with earnings ranging from $60,000 to over $100,000.

CHARACTERISTICS OF A SUCCESSFUL TUFF SHED SALES CONSULTANT

  • Assist clients in identifying their needs, showcase product features, finalize sales, and conduct site assessments (when necessary)
  • Generate new sales leads through company-sponsored advertising and marketing initiatives
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers from the point of sale through installation
  • Support clients by obtaining permits (if needed) and coordinating with local Homeowners Associations
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate the Tuff Shed advantage

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for relationship-building
  • A keen eye for design and a love for constructing
  • The ability to actively listen to clients and address their requirements
  • Proven computer proficiency and the capability to learn new software

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
  • As part of the application process, candidates will need to complete a brief survey, known as Predictive Index.
