Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

Family Care Network is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Housing Support Program, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our program.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute program-related materials and reports, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Manage program records and databases, including program referrals, enrollments, and any movement changes.
  • Perform scheduled compliance audits to ensure accuracy of records and support program staff with adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with budget management and financial tracking for program activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve program operations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Spanish Bilingual Required.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay range: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour.
  • Full-time, non-exempt classification per FLSA.
  • Spanish Bilingual differential - 10% increase on the employee's hourly base rate of pay.
  • Mileage reimbursement $0.67 cents per mile.
  • Eligible to enroll in comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • 403(b) plan with employer match.
  • 13 paid holidays annually.
  • 17 days of PTO accrued annually.
