Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Randstad USA in the Baltimore, MD area. This role will involve selling company products and services to new and existing customers, prospecting and contacting potential customers, and reaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
Key responsibilities include presenting and selling company products and services to customers, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating sales material to present to customers and meeting sales targets.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, from construction and industrial equipment companies to steel fabrication firms. Your goal will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy industrial repair and/or structural steel sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A strong understanding of the steel fabrication industry, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is also essential for this role.
