JOB SUMMARY:
As a Regional Leasing Consultant, your primary focus will be to showcase and lease apartments or townhomes to potential residents. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance of the property, which includes monitoring efficiency, turnover rates, occupancy levels, income generation, and operational effectiveness.

In this role, you will assist in maintaining and continuously improving the physical condition of the property while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming prospective residents, managing guest cards, and responding to inquiries.
  • Conducting property tours, showcasing apartments, and successfully closing leasing agreements.
  • Managing lease renewals and facilitating lease transfers.
  • Implementing rental collection policies, including the distribution of notices and demand letters.
  • Engaging in resident retention initiatives and maintaining positive on-site resident relations.
  • Processing applications, ensuring accuracy in lease documentation, and maintaining comprehensive resident files.
  • Coordinating move-ins and conducting final inspections for new residents.
  • Regularly inspecting the property and addressing any cleanliness or maintenance issues.
  • Maintaining professional communication with residents, applicants, and external representatives.
  • Staying informed about the local area, including amenities and competitors’ offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED, along with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms is preferred.
  • Strong leasing and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
