Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualities for Success
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Possession of a Professional Human Resources Certification or willingness to obtain it within a year.
- Thorough understanding of current employment laws and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in assessing compliance with standards and regulations.
