About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of high-value non-profit clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. As a trusted advisor, you will develop and execute strategic account plans, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of non-profit accounts, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client experiences, including education on new products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on non-profit sector challenges and trends, providing valuable insights to clients.
  • Support non-profits in furthering their mission and community impact.
Requirements
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for the non-profit space.
  • Deep understanding of sales or account management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
