The Client Service Associate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships by collecting and analyzing client information, maintaining office operations, and addressing client service inquiries. This role will involve direct interaction with clients, custodians, and carriers, managing client data, generating necessary documentation, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage client documentation, including application submissions and related paperwork.
- Engage with investment and insurance providers to establish and service client accounts.
- Address client service requests, including processing changes, applications, and authorizations, while responding to inquiries via various communication channels.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve client issues.
- Assist with phone inquiries, schedule client meetings, and perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Prepare client correspondence, manage client files, process required minimum distributions, and maintain the internal calendar.

Physical Requirements: This role primarily involves sedentary work and may require repetitive motions due to extensive computer use.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with standard working hours, including occasional evening commitments for client events.
