Objective:
The Client Relationship Manager is tasked with overseeing and nurturing client accounts efficiently and effectively. This role also involves recommending enhancements to services to align with client requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships through clear and effective communication.
- Oversee properties by proactively identifying and addressing issues.
- Ensure that properties fulfill client quality standards.
- Develop long-term property strategies and assist clients with financial planning.
- Conduct on-site evaluations with clients.
- Support in resolving billing discrepancies.
- Work in collaboration with Operations to fulfill client expectations.
- Assist with winter operations as necessary.
- Report quality issues to Operations and contribute to solution development.
- Prepare and deliver proposals for contract renewals and service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Understanding of horticultural practices.
- Experience in Account Management and customer service.
- Background in the landscaping sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.

- Growth in Revenue
- Client Satisfaction Levels
Work Environment:
This role may require adaptable scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
The individual may need to sit, walk, stand, handle objects, and occasionally lift items weighing up to 20 pounds. The work environment is generally a professional office setting.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.
