Job Description

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Dayton, OH. As a key member of our Commercial Banking organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform banking activities, including underwriting and/or relationship management and/or product suite activities.
  • Identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit.
  • Analyze information and apply critical thinking skills to design and execute client solutions.
  • Interact with internal and external clients to gather or clarify information and expand existing client relationships.
  • Articulate recommendations to customers in response to client servicing and product-related inquiries.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
