Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing legendary customer service in both teller transactions and platform customer service, while selling and cross-selling TD products to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in teller transactions and platform customer service
  • Sell and cross-sell TD products to new and existing customers
  • Recommend appropriate products and services related to spending and saving
  • Complete teller transactions and service customers with non-complex platform needs
  • Open new deposit accounts and conduct needs-based conversations to offer financial solutions
  • Make quality referrals to appropriate partners and meet individual performance metrics
  • Responsible for making sound decisions and timely problem resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service by meeting all customer demands as they relate to both teller and some platform activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years related experience required
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Teller experience preferred
  • Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear, and consistent
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
  • Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Notary license preferred
