Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our growing Customer Happiness team at Yoto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer support team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop a team of customer support specialists, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer support efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support or management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing customer support teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
