Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs, resulting in retained and grown business.
  • Develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies, working closely with brokers and insurers.
  • Facilitate critical relationships between clients, Aon, and insurers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure client service team understanding of client needs, service delivery methods, and economic frameworks.
  • Manage account profitability, ensuring a value-based approach to services and costs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Property & Casualty experience, with a focus on managing large, sophisticated accounts.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.
  • Excellent digital literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.
