Administrative Operations Specialist (full-time)

The Administrative Operations Specialist will deliver essential operational assistance to the organization and the 9th Grade Success Network team. This includes managing financial documentation, overseeing supply logistics, coordinating events, and providing communication support. This position reports directly to the Director of On-Track Success Networks & Evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Background in an office or educational environment
  • Experience in event coordination and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating events and providing administrative support
  • Assisting with financial documentation and budget oversight
  • Offering communication assistance
  • Performing additional tasks as required

Additional Skills:

  • Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in public high schools or office settings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Google Suite
  • Commitment to racial equity
