Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily functions of our departmental portfolio. This role is essential in managing and coordinating administrative support staff while performing complex and sensitive administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the department.
  • Manage and supervise administrative support personnel.
  • Handle administrative functions that require a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in related office management functions is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • General experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is preferred.
  • Prior managerial experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Epic systems is required.
