Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier 2 Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at NiSUS Technologies Corporation.

This is a day shift Monday through Friday position that requires the ability to provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and providing guidance to less-experienced professionals, applying basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware, remote assistance, and remote desktop, with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree (or 5 additional years of experience). One or more of the following certifications are also required: A+, CCNA Security, CND, Network+, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC60, Security+, CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and life insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, a 401K retirement plan with matching, tuition assistance, vacation and sick leave, hiring bonuses, and a referral recruitment program.
