Compensation
  • Hourly pay with additional commission opportunities.
  • Potential annual earnings of up to $54,000.00.

Key Responsibilities

The Outreach Specialist will:

  • Generate and update leads.
  • Engage with prospects to qualify leads.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to management.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to support the sales process.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in lead generation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with cold calling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with database management is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Excellent project and time management abilities.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and determination.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
