Position Overview: Demand Generation Strategist
This role is tailored for individuals who excel in both independent and collaborative environments, focusing on driving lead generation and expanding the sales pipeline across diverse sectors, including enterprise, mid-market, and specialized areas such as retail, third-party logistics (3PLs), business-to-business (B2B), and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including paid advertising (PPC, social media), organic social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Target Audience Analysis & Messaging: Identify and engage key decision-makers within enterprise and mid-market organizations, as well as sectors like retail, 3PLs, B2B, and healthcare. Craft compelling messaging and content tailored to resonate with each audience.
- Content Development: Create engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, landing pages, and other materials aimed at driving lead generation and conversions.
- Marketing Automation & Campaign Management: Leverage marketing automation tools to enhance campaign execution and lead nurturing processes.
- Social Media Strategy: Design and oversee social media campaigns to elevate brand visibility and engagement, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and potential expansion to other platforms.
- Market Segmentation & CRM Oversight: Conduct market segmentation to build and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in CRM systems. Cross-reference industry lists and other lead sources to update CRM databases for targeted campaign execution.
- Email Marketing: Create and distribute email campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and boost customer engagement.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and assess campaign performance across all channels using analytics tools. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring transparency into successful strategies and areas needing refinement.
- Collaboration with Sales: Partner closely with the sales team to facilitate effective lead handoff and qualification processes.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing to ensure strategies remain effective and relevant.
- Event Coordination & Public Relations: Assist in planning and executing events and public relations initiatives, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in general marketing or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of system-level technology, APIs, and data management.
- Startup Experience: While not mandatory, experience in a similar early-stage startup setting is beneficial.
