Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to enhance our team of facility and equipment engineers, along with skilled technicians. This role is crucial for the planning and execution of both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as addressing unplanned servicing of facility systems and manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of HVAC systems, utilizing both hands-on skills and subcontracted assistance, while interfacing with HVAC control systems.
- Act as the primary contractor for significant facilities projects, which includes soliciting and assessing bids, reviewing work efforts, and managing timelines.
- Serve as the liaison with external system suppliers, including those for security, fire suppression, and HVAC systems.
- Organize and manage shop and facility supplies for easy accessibility, coordinating with shop personnel as necessary.
- Assist in defining and expanding facilities as required.
- Coordinate with project leads for the mobilization and demobilization of equipment, including liaising with external suppliers for equipment rental or purchase.
- Provide general technical and mechanical support as needed.
- Source, order, and confirm the receipt of project materials as necessary.
- Identify and secure external resources essential for project support.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment, either in-house or by coordinating contracted efforts.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in industrial facilities management, project management, or construction management.
- Possession of a Specialty Electrician HVAC/R 06A or 06B license is preferred.
- EPA 608 certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of industrial facility infrastructure.
- Familiarity with OSHA 10/30 industrial safety standards is essential.
- This role requires both technical and manufacturing skills, along with a creative and adaptable mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint is required; experience with Maximo is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is competitive, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and an Education Support Program. Paid time off includes up to four weeks per year based on scheduled hours, along with up to 14 company-paid holidays.
