Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities outlined below are representative and not exhaustive of all tasks that may be performed in this role.

  • Conduct complex and specialized accounting functions, ensuring adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) regulations.
  • Analyze and review accounting records to identify discrepancies in financial reports; assist in resolving inquiries within the financial division.
  • Reconcile investment managers with custodial bank statements to accurately account for investment returns.
  • Compile and manage various monthly and quarterly financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze investment data to prepare allocation information for custodians across multiple investment portfolios.
  • Assist in the preparation and interpretation of data necessary for comprehensive financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain formal procedures for job responsibilities within the financial division.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of investment accounting systems, complex investment strategies, and relevant accounting principles.


Essential Knowledge:

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience, or 4-7 years of progressive experience in finance.
