US001 Marsh USA LLC is seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to fill the position of Senior Account Representative. This role is a critical part of the overall account team and is responsible for driving new business and facilitating retention throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to improve the client experience and drive growth and retention.
  • Oversee the review and follow-up of endorsements, policy issuance, extensions, audits, and cancellations, and escalate concerns to direct managers or client teams as necessary.
  • Ensure the success of the renewal cycle by completing renewal protocols, gathering information, tracking quotes, and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on time in accordance with professional standards.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth and retention.
  • Oversee the process of ensuring that all client information is collected, reviewed, updated, and communicated to the placement team for optimal program solutions and pricing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) License within three months after hire.
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
  • Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience.
  • Previous office-based customer service experience.
