Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller/CFO to join our team at iSoftTek Solutions Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial oversight, cost-efficiency, and financially feasible business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare or direct the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide management with timely reviews of financial status and progress.
  2. Strategic Planning: Establish or recommend major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies to drive business growth and profitability.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Direct the preparation of budgets, review budget proposals, and prepare necessary supporting documentation and justification to ensure accurate financial planning and forecasting.
  4. Human Resources and Payroll: Oversee the HR Department, semi-monthly payroll, benefits program, and 401(k) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  5. Inventory Management: Perform periodic physical inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent stock discrepancies.
  6. Depreciation and Audits: Direct the determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets and advise management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax code revisions. Prepare and oversee audits and/or reviews of company accounts by outside advisors, including CPA and Bank.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies and establish relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Leadership and Development: Provide coaching, leadership, and mentoring to the accounting team combined with excellent supervisory, communication, and customer service skills to drive team performance and growth.
  9. Organizational Goals: Support organizational goals, procedures, and policies with a high level of attention towards superior customer service and compliance with company standards.
  10. Plant Safety: Comply, support, and enforce all plant safety policies and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on professional finance/accounting management work experience.
  3. Technical Skills: Ability to use pivot tables, write reports, and process Payroll. Experience in Windows environment software, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, computerized general ledger, accounting software, and QuickBooks.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team setting with diverse people. Pleasant, positive, and confident presentation of self and organization. Ability to prioritize duties and meet regular processing deadlines. Resourcefulness, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills.
