About the Role

The Senior Account and Relationship Manager for Wolters Kluwer's Healthcare Language division is responsible for retaining strategic healthcare clients, identifying and closing new revenue opportunities, and developing expansion opportunities within the Healthcare/Healthcare Vendor space.


Key Responsibilities
  • Client Retention and Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to retain and grow existing healthcare clients, ensuring long-term relationships and revenue growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within the Healthcare/Healthcare Vendor space, leveraging industry expertise and relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key healthcare clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Business Analysis and Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategies and plans.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and plans.

Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including payer, provider, and vendor organizations, as well as clinical software and healthcare technology.
  • Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, including the ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales and marketing tools, as well as experience with sales analytics and reporting.
