Position Summary:

The Lead Treasury Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Finance division, overseeing the execution and collaborative support of daily cash management operations. This includes the formulation of cash forecasts, investment strategies, and providing critical financial insights on the overall cash flow projections and investment assets.

This position also involves leading the Treasury Team and offering guidance to various departments such as Accounting, Finance, IT, Claims Operations, Pharmacy Networks, and Government Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analyses of investment options utilizing market intelligence, broker relationships, and corporate liquidity requirements, presenting recommendations to Senior Management.
  • Execute detailed analyses to generate cash flow forecasts and other necessary evaluations; integrate data from multiple internal sources, update with actual results, and perform comprehensive variance assessments.
  • Identify and spearhead process enhancements to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury and related sectors.
  • Provide mentorship and support to Associate and Treasury Analysts, exemplifying professionalism and leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Treasury or comparable role.

Eligibility to work in the United States without the necessity for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Investment Management with external money managers.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff effectively.
  • Professional certifications such as MBA, CTP, CPA, or CMA are advantageous.
  • Capability to adapt to organizational changes and demonstrate strong time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel occasionally. The role primarily requires sitting, using hands for tasks, and effective communication. Occasional lifting of light weights may be necessary.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Manager within the Treasury & Internal Audit department.

Compensation:

Salary for this role ranges from $85,000 to $128,400, depending on experience and skills.
