We invite you to join our team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and overseeing strong client partnerships, driving account growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. As a subject matter expert, you will manage the execution of advanced marketing campaigns and work closely with internal teams to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for key accounts, utilizing various Programmatic Demand Side Platforms in the OTT, Display & Video, and Geofencing sectors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels including phone and email.
  • Address technical challenges and provide solutions to both internal teams and clients regarding Programmatic Campaign setups and best practices.
  • Act as the primary contact for technical escalations, ensuring timely resolutions by collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Work alongside Sales, Account Management, Product/Engineering, and Operations to develop strategies and fulfill client technical needs.
  • Exhibit high-level expertise in reporting and analyzing campaign performance metrics, presenting findings to sales leads and clients.
  • Ensure the successful and timely delivery of solutions tailored to customer objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales and strategy teams to drive expansion.
  • Effectively manage client inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop strategies to retain clients and minimize churn by proactively engaging with at-risk accounts.
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations and share results with clients.
  • Monitor revenue streams, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing partner revenue.
  • Oversee the performance of digital campaigns across various platforms including OTT/CTV, display, geofencing, pre-roll, paid search, social media, email, and YouTube.
  • Educate clients on digital marketing products and services.
  • Lead client meetings to discuss project updates and marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Work remotely while managing time effectively and independently.
  • Be available for communication through various channels including phone, email, and video calls.
  • Travel periodically for team meetings and client engagements as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing client relationships.
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or with publisher and ad tech platforms.
  • Familiarity with Programmatic Demand Side Platforms and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with platforms such as Hubspot, Zendesk, Xandr, Beeswax, and GroundTruth is preferred.
  • Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of the Over-The-Top content environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SQL, web technologies, and APIs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams both nationally and internationally.

Location: Remote; preferred locations include major metropolitan areas.
