Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand a premier strategic account within the Telecommunications sector.
- Drive profitable business growth from managed accounts, ensuring accountability for achieving booking, revenue, and profitability targets on both a regional and global scale.
- Identify and understand key influencers within the client organization, swiftly grasp client culture and decision-making processes, and adapt professional interactions to meet client needs.
- Position Capgemini effectively within the client’s senior management and board levels, ensuring representation for potential major projects or bids.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience serving clients in the Telecommunications industry, preferably with organizations exceeding $2 billion in revenue.
- A minimum of 6 years in selling complex IT services or customized technology solutions.
- At least 5 years of recent experience in selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global service provider.
