Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for key accounts, utilizing various Programmatic Demand Side Platforms across OTT, Display & Video, and Geofencing sectors.
  • Engage with clients through multiple communication channels, including phone and email.
  • Address technical challenges and provide solutions to both internal teams and clients regarding Programmatic Campaign setups and best practices.
  • Act as the primary contact for technical escalations, ensuring swift resolutions by collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Work alongside Sales, Account Management, Product/Engineering, and Operations to implement strategies and fulfill client technical needs.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in reporting and analytics to monitor campaign performance and present insights to sales leads and clients.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer objectives.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales and strategy teams to foster growth.
  • Effectively manage client inquiries and provide prompt responses.
  • Develop strategies to retain clients and minimize churn by proactively addressing potential lapses.
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations and share results with clients.
  • Monitor revenue, providing feedback and analysis to enhance partner revenue.
  • Oversee the performance of digital campaigns, including OTT/CTV, display, geofencing, pre-roll, paid search, social media, email, and YouTube.
  • Educate clients on digital marketing products.
  • Lead client meetings focused on project updates and marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about digital trends and technologies.
  • Work remotely while managing time efficiently and independently.
  • Maintain availability for communication through various channels.
  • Travel periodically for team meetings and client visits as necessary.
  • Perform additional agency responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing client relationships.
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or within ad tech platforms.
  • Familiarity with Programmatic Demand Side Platforms and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
  • Strong technical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with platforms such as Hubspot, Zendesk, Xandr, Beeswax, and GroundTruth is preferred.
  • Understanding of the ad tech landscape.
  • Knowledge of Over-The-Top content environments is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SQL, web technologies, and APIs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams on a national and international scale.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. Final compensation is determined by factors like relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
