Compensation includes an hourly wage plus performance-based incentives. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass sales targets for each event.
- Set up and dismantle the display area at events.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure a smooth operation.
- Engage with all visitors at the display area.
- Actively promote and drive sales during demonstrations.
- Adhere to the provided schedule and maintain punctuality.
- Present a professional image consistent with company standards.
- Ensure proper product presentation and maintain cleanliness.
- Attend training sessions as necessary.
- Represent the brand while following all operational guidelines.
- Uphold integrity and align with our values and mission.
- Assist the sales team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (retail experience is advantageous).
- Must possess a friendly, energetic, and outgoing demeanor.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
