As a Sales Advocate, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand, engaging with customers to deliver impactful product demonstrations.

Your goal will be to highlight the unique advantages of our products and drive sales during events in your designated area.

This position also involves supporting our sales team in various capacities, contributing to the growth and expansion of our initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring genuine enthusiasm for our mission to every event, sharing the vision of a sustainable future with potential customers.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social settings and can adapt to diverse environments.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus unlimited commission opportunities. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve or surpass sales targets for each event.
Set up and dismantle the product display at the beginning and end of each event.
Coordinate with warehouse staff upon arrival and ensure a tidy workspace before departure.
Engage with all customers approaching the display.
Actively promote and drive sales of our products during demonstrations, converting interest into purchases.
Adhere to the schedule provided by your supervisor.
Maintain consistent punctuality and communication.
Present a professional appearance in line with job requirements.
Ensure products are displayed appropriately; maintain a clean and organized area.
Participate in training sessions as required.
Serve as the representative voice of our brand while following all operational policies.
Comply with health, safety, and privacy standards.
Act with integrity and knowledge that aligns with our culture and mission.
Assist the sales team with additional requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (retail experience preferred).
Must be friendly, energetic, and personable.
Results-oriented and driven by goals.
Exceptional communication skills are essential.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Reliable transportation is necessary (mileage reimbursement available).
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup and breakdown.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
