We are seeking an Executive Development Trainee to join our growing team at Watermere at Frisco, a luxury style, independent senior living community in the heart of Frisco, TX. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to train and work within our Independent Senior Living communities across DFW.

This role is perfect for someone who is:

  • Not afraid to get their hands dirty – this position exposes you to all aspects of operations and sales.

Our training objectives include:

  • Learning management skills to ensure each department operates within guidelines, budgets, and meets standards.
  • Participating in daily stand-up meetings.
  • Handling Human Resources and Payroll functions.
  • Interacting with residents and their families, addressing concerns, and solving problems related to business office matters.
  • Working closely with Sales to develop and review marketing plans, meet sales goals, and stay aware of upcoming move-ins and move-outs.
  • Reviewing accounts receivable and participating in collection efforts.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency, with knowledge of Excel preferred.
  • A desire to grow and learn.
  • Willingness to relocate within Texas.

We offer a competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, critical illness and accident coverage, legal and ID theft protection, referral programs, and access to 50% of earned wages through ZayZoon. Full-time employees also qualify for a 20% discount on luxury apartments at our multi-family communities.
