About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of BSWH Medical Center Frisco. As an Executive Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients while driving employee and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically lead a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services, ensuring seamless execution management of operations.
  • Cultivate strong client and community relationships by assessing operations and developing plans to optimize service delivery.
  • Foster a high-performing management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to recommend methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on understanding of operational needs, capabilities, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage a budget effectively, collaborating with stakeholders to design improvements that optimize financial performance and operational productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Maintain adherence to Aramark's standards of operation, including safety standards and Business Conduct Policy.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in food-service or EVS in an acute care hospital setting.
  • SUCCESS in this role requires a focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building a strong business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • The ability to read, understand, and implement contractual requirements is crucial, identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues.
  • Prior experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environments is valuable.
  • Proven ability to lead through other managers.
  • Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis is desirable.
  • Crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives is also beneficial.

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may also be required.
