We're seeking a talented Kitchen Director to oversee all aspects of culinary operations at AEG. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance menu offerings, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high-quality standards, adhering to Health Department regulations and company policies, while minimizing waste and optimizing labor costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan events, functions, and catering services, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and mentorship to achieve exceptional results.
- Ensure effective inventory management, conducting regular counts and maintaining accurate records to inform decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to feedback and concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years' experience in a high-volume full-service food operation, preferably as a sous chef or kitchen manager.
- Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiency, quality, and relative costs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
