Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at Wynn Las Vegas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of guest accommodations, including rooms, suites, and villas, ensuring compliance with established cleanliness standards.
  • Complete a minimum of 60 inspections for Resort rooms and 40 for Tower suites each day, along with visual assessments of guest hallways.
  • Spend a significant portion of the workday on the floor, engaging with guests and staff, while providing coaching to Guest Room Attendants and Utility Housepersons on room standards.
  • Participate in special projects as required during shifts.
  • Utilize MS Office and other essential computer applications effectively.
  • Operate property management systems, including OPERA and room tracking software.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the housekeeping sector, preferably within a four or five-star hotel or casino environment.
  • Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
