About the Role:
As a leader in the audiovisual industry, Entertainment Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Audio Quality Assurance Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the quality control processes within our technical operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all audio equipment meets the highest standards of performance and reliability for our clients' events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the technical quality control area, ensuring meticulous planning, preparation, scheduling, testing, and troubleshooting of audio equipment for various events.
  • Lead a team of Quality Control Technicians, fostering collaboration to meet show requirements and ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage documentation processes by requesting, reviewing, and implementing event-related paperwork, schedules, and orders.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee the Quality Control staff, providing guidance and support to resolve operational challenges.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the operations and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any damages or concerns to management.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments, including cycle counts and consumable evaluations.
  • Promote a culture of safety among team members, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Assist the sales team in building and nurturing client relationships during events.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $54,700 to $81,100 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
