Job Overview

The Quality Control Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest accommodations, including rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring compliance with established cleanliness standards.
  • Achieve a target of inspecting a minimum of 60 guest rooms daily, along with 40 suites, while also evaluating hallways.
  • Spend significant time on the floor, engaging with guests and staff, providing guidance to housekeeping personnel on best practices.
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality during shifts.
  • Utilize software tools, including MS Office and property management systems, to track and document inspections and findings.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping, ideally within a luxury hotel or casino environment.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
