Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Oversight:
- Manage the collection and consolidation of all financial data to ensure precise accounting of overall business performance.
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external financial statements as required.
- Provide essential financial insights to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.
2. Process Enhancement:
- Evaluate existing accounting operations, suggest enhancements, and implement new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assess accounting and internal control systems to ensure effective processes are in place.
3. Performance Metrics:
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to align with organizational objectives.
4. Regulatory Compliance:

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing and guiding senior management.
