Medicare Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Medicare Business Development Executive to join our senior team at SFG & NCC. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in leveraging recruitment channels and digital marketing techniques to reach independent insurance agents and agencies.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving growth and fostering agent relationships within the Medicare insurance industry. A competitive salary of $125,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities, is offered to successful candidates. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have extensive Medicare insurance marketing experience and a proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand recognition.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and recruiting strategy to expand our network of 1099 Medicare agents, increase market share, and diversify our agent base nationally
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive brand recognition and agent engagement
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve customer engagement, and drive lead generation for our recruiting team
