We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Developer to join our team at Master Builders Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue. With a strong background in sales and industry knowledge, you will provide expert advice to customers, including mix design, troubleshooting, and field quality control.

The successful candidate will have 5 years of industry experience, a strong understanding of concrete QA/QC processes, and electrical and mechanical aptitude. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and industry partners
  • Provide technical support to customers through mix design, troubleshooting, and field quality control
  • Maintain leadership in local industry organizations
  • Inform appropriate organizational functions of competitor and market intelligence
